
Approx. 2 hours sailing. Paros is the second largest island of the Cyclades and historically was known for its fine white marble. Today, abandoned marble quarries and mines can be found on the island, but Paros is primarily known as a popular tourist spot with its many sandy beaches, fancy bars, pubs, restaurants and shops, as well as for its watersports, sailing, wind and kitesurfing.
What to see | What to do: don't miss the church of Panagia Ekatontapiliani which means the church of 100 doors, in Parikia (5 minutes walk from the yacht harbour), a 4th century monument, rebuilt after the earthquake of 1773.
